Temporary positions are for a set duration and do not typically lead to permanent employment with the company. These associates work at your company but remain employees of Xcel Staffing Solutions.
Temp-to-hire positions allow you to evaluate an employee’s performance and fit before offering a permanent role. After a specified period, such as 720 working hours, the associate can be hired directly by your company if their performance meets your expectations.
Permanent positions (or Direct Hire positions) involve candidates being placed directly on your payroll from the start. We assist in finding the right candidates who become your employees immediately.

Q: Do you provide transportation for employees?
